1. Who we are
SWRL is Klaudia's bakes and coffee truck business. The website is swrlbakes.com. The seller's full legal identity, address and contact details will be published here and made available before checkout opens.
2. The weekly menu
We plan to offer five flavours each week: four signature flavours and one weekly special. A menu opens only when it is ready, from Sunday at 8pm until the end of Wednesday, in UK local time. Stock is limited. The website will show the relevant dates and any paused weeks.
A basket does not guarantee availability. Availability and prices are checked again at checkout. The Signature Cookie Box contains one of each of that week's five flavours; it is not a pick-and-mix box. Changing a future menu will not change an order already accepted.
3. Prices and payment
The initial price is £4.25 per individual cookie, or £20 for the five-cookie Signature Box. The menu and checkout will show the current prices in pounds sterling, including any applicable taxes, and the total delivery charge before you pay.
Payment is intended to be handled securely by Stripe once checkout is connected. The launch confirmation email must clearly state when an order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any amount due; we will not substitute flavours without your agreement.
4. Delivery
Our planned delivery area is the whole UK, including Northern Ireland and islands. Delivery costs £5 for an order containing up to 10 cookies, or £8 for 11 or more. Each complete box counts as five cookies.
Orders are scheduled for Thursday dispatch using Royal Mail next-day delivery, with Friday as the target arrival date. Friday arrival is not an unconditional guarantee. The exact service and any postcode-specific transit times must be confirmed and shown before payment, including for Northern Ireland and islands.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives in poor condition, contact SWRL so we can help. Our responsibilities and your statutory rights are not transferred to the courier.
5. Ingredients, allergens and storage
Final ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and shelf life will accompany each live product. Allergen information must be available before purchase and on delivery. The four signature flavours now include SWRL-supplied product information. Cookie images are illustrative and the preview weekly special is a sample with its recipe still to be confirmed.
Check the information for the specific flavour and week each time you order. Any dietary or cross-contact claims will be based on Klaudia's confirmed recipes and preparation arrangements.
6. Changes, cancellations and problems
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will explain what is possible before preparation or dispatch; the final voluntary cancellation arrangements will be confirmed before launch.
The usual distance-selling change-of-mind right has an exception for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Whether this applies to each product will be confirmed against its actual shelf life before sale. It does not remove your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
If your order is wrong or damaged, send us the order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us understand what happened, but are not an absolute condition of exercising your rights. We will arrange the appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
7. Accounts and enquiries
Customer accounts are intended to make it easier to view your orders. Keep your sign-in link and account access private. Any future rewards programme will have its own terms; an account does not currently earn rewards.
